4. User Content & Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to InfoDaddy ("User Content"), including tables, records, and comments. By submitting User Content, you grant InfoDaddy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Community Data

InfoDaddy is built on the principle that data contributed to public tables belongs to the community. Records submitted to public tables may be viewed, exported, and built upon by other users. Do not submit sensitive personal information, private medical records, or confidential data to public tables.

You agree that your User Content will not:

  • Be false, misleading, or inaccurate
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Contain personal information about third parties without their consent
  • Constitute spam, advertising, or promotional material (unless in a table specifically designated for such)
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InfoDaddy to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm any person
  • Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit records containing sexual content, graphic violence, or content that exploits minors
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
